☞How to use the rotation probe?
Step 1. Pull out the probe to turn it on.
Step 2. Insert the entire tip into the thickest part of meat or liquid.
Step 3. Get the real-time temperature.
Step 4. Press the “HOLD” in case of temperature changing.
Step 5. Clean it after each use.
☞How to calibrate the temperature?
1.Please take a cup of ice-water, insert the probe into the ice-water to touch the ice.
2.Hold on the “HOLD” key for 5 seconds until the LCD flashes “CAL”.
3.Press the “HOLD” key to increase the digit or the “℃/℉” key to decrease the digit.
4.Wait for 3 seconds and the screen will show “PASS”.
☞Kindly Notice:
1.2 batteries in package and one spare battery for backup or replacement.
2.Take measurements from the same portion while compare measurements for times.
3.Do not touch hot probe with bare hands.
4.Do not immerse the whole thermometer into water.
5.Please remove the protecting film from the front panel before using.
6.Sterilize the metal probe by inserting it into boiling water for several minutes.

I’ve had several meat thermometers over the years, but this is absolutely the best! The fact that it lights up and you can see from any angle what the temperature is is great. I cooked a ham and that’s something that you never want to overcook and I always use a meat thermometer on it and this one gives you an almost instant read And my ham turned out beautiful! This is an awesome thermometer! It has so many desirable features! I love that it’s waterproof in case it gets submerged in liquid for longer than a few seconds. The light allows you to see the reading at any angle. The sharper point is a unique feature that allows you to penetrate the meat with little resistance. The thermometer also has a printed doneness guide on the body which helps prevent overcooking. I’m so happy with my new kitchen tool!

I’ve needed a food thermometer for a long time. This one is very easy to read because it has a large Screen. Only one probe easily slides to position you need. INstructions are a little complicated, packaged nicely as well.

I always had trouble cooking big beef roasts because depending on the thickness of the meat, the cooking time varies a lot. But ever since I got this, I can cook roasts just how I wanted every time. The thermometer comes with working batteries and works right out of the box. Reading is instant so you don’t have to worry about waiting for it to get up to the temperature. I will certainly be using for Thanksgiving turkey, and I would recommend this to any home cook!

I’ve had this for months. Tested against other digital and analog thermometers and found it to be accurate, fast, and easy to read.
Being able to tuck in the probe makes it much safer than many of my others, and it’s pretty sturdy despite the probe being thin and not retaining heat, which is great and allows me to clean it immediately.
I haven’t tested the waterproof claim, but I assume getting it super wet would be bad; I wash the probe with soap, water, and a cloth, then wipe down the body with an alcohol wipe – these seem to be everywhere now for some reason.
Also, the magnets on the back are pretty strong – but not *too* strong. I keep it on front of my fridge and never have to look for it, it doesn’t get knocked down, and comes down easily when I grab it.
Possibly the only thing I’ve purchased online in the last year that I don’t have any complaints or remorse about.

We needed something to stop the overcooked meals in our house. My wife is always concerned the met will be undercooked. This unit allows me to assure her that a medium rare steak is completely safe. It solid and I can now have the meals prepared correctly

We like this option and would recommend it. Adoric accurate and easy to use but I don’t think we needed all the settings – it honestly might be overkill for the amount of cooking / type of cooking we do. I know, being too fancy shouldn’t really be a critique but we could have made due with one half the cost. That being said we’re happy with it and won’t return it.
