The Adoric Ice Cube Trays Silicone Set ended up being so much more than I thought! When I think silicone I think flimsy. NOT THIS! The silicone is thick and Does create a perfect round ball. Very easy to use and clean. I’ve used the ice cube balls in adult beverages and for the kids. They absolutely think they are the coolest thing. 10/10 recommend. I can tell this ice tray is going to last for a long time and it doesn’t take up a lot of space.
Andrew Wang –
The ice in both trays are difficult to remove, but still fine and probably as good as it gets for the price. My most meaningful criticism is that the spheres are very small; if you’re a whiskey drinker and looking for spherical ice that reasonably large enough to fill a whiskey glass, this product is not for you. The spherical ice is really about the size of a golf ball.
The cubes, however, are pretty large and would easily fill your glass. They are the right proportion and what you’d expect in a product like this.
Mary Pistek –
It is pretty awesome to have gigantor ice cubes for a change!
Josh Peterson –
Both of these trays work, which is the most important thing. I just bought these trays, so I can’t comment on durability just yet, but the square cube tray has zero issues. It makes large cubes and they are easy to remove.
The spherical ice tray however will not create completely spherical ice without some way of holding both sides together. The first few attempts at using this tray on its own, the spheres were only about 2/3 complete. The remaining water ran into the surrounding area of the tray since there wasn’t a good seal to contain the water. All I did was take a rubber band and put it around the center of the tray while I filled it, and just made sure not to flex the tray at all while putting it in the freezer. This worked perfectly, and gave me 6 complete spheres of ice.
Other reviewers have mentioned having a film on top of drinks they used the ice in. I have yet to notice anything like this
T. Marcus Allen –
Nice trays. They make big old choinky ice. They are pretty cool… see what I did there.
Jim J Dosky –
I am delighted with these ice cube and ice SPHERE trays. There is a restaurant that I love that serves gin and tonics with cucumber in large ice spheres. I searched everywhere for these ice sphere trays and finally found them. Initially, I found it tricky to fill through sphere trays to the top through the little hole. I then bought a small funnel. Perfect. I have experimented with putting curls of cucumber in and with adding slices of lime and lemon. Super effect and taste. I love these trays and will be buying more for friends. I really do recommend them. I also received them the next day.
Bob Derprock –
Okay so I bought this thinking it’d be a pretty cool item but little did I know how cool it actually was 😂 I’m in love with the circle ice cubes 😍 when you drink from a cup they don’t constantly hit your mouth but simply float backwards as you’re drinking your beverage. Great purchase
B –
Although I just used this for my morning Iced coffee, these will be perfect for cocktails.
Easy to refill and worked really well on my first use 🙂
For the sphere ice make sure to press the tray together really good. I filled to top end soaked up excess water with paper towels. I made several batches.
Ree –
The ice isn’t as clear but we like them! Making a full freezer tray so we can “grab & enjoy” for whiskey.
Ella S –
I am obsessed with ice cubes and silicone trays specifically. I have used Zoku brand but was unable to find them when I wanted to get another set. So I tried these. I love them and they work great. It takes a minute to figure out how to fill the spherical tray, but totally worth it to get the beautiful ball of ice! The trays fit together well. I highly recommend!
Dana –
I really like the hipster ice trays. The tray with the cubes helps me to keep track of how many drinks I’ve had. A couple of the hipster ice balls got excited when they were getting hard. I give them five stars. Cheers!
Chrishawn Otey –
Lawd do I Looooove these little circle ice makers!!! They are a hit at all my parties…everyone lived them! They are the perfect shape for all glasses…they loom nice with Brandy, Vodka, Tequila 😁😁 poured over them. Seriously, this ice maker was easy to use…just fill with water as instructed, place in freezer and pop out when water froze! Highly recommend 👌🏾
Stacy Stebbins –
I absolutely love these ice trays. It was a lil tricky trying to figure out how to fill the round trays. The trick is to make sure you push in the spears so that it acts as a suction and the trays hold together allowing you to fill it with the water.
J Gillespie –
Cubes come out easy, the size of the cubes are amazing. One square cube will last almost all day. Easiest to make and easiest to get out are the cube one. the sphere was another story. Half were whole and half of them where half a round ball. All in all though, they come out very easy.
TheAsMom –
I like the smaller size. Square trays are perfect for scotch, about 1x1x1 square. Circular set is great for Yeti-style cups. Easy to pop out and rarely break.
KArgus –
I poured apple cider with mulling spices into the square form and froze them…when we were ready, we popped them out of the form and added them to my cocktails, they fit perfectly into a whiskey glass…turned out great. Easy to use…the ice spheres also worked well, my husband likes them for his drinks…
Laila ayubi –
It’s so easy to remove!! I love it. They came out perfectly.
Sadmir M –
I use these ice cubes when I make drinks on the rocks – the ice cubes fit perfect in my cups
Jo and Mike –
Hated them when I first filled them and then tried to use the ice. Then hot water poured over the underside and pushing as I heated them up improved the releasing the craft ice. The round ice cubes were a bit harder to make and release. You’ll see. Just try them and learn. Love them, now!
Pullin’ Reviews –
I’ve formed a collection of different shaped ice cube trays, these cube and sphere trays are the best though! The squares are wonderful for whiskey and the spheres have been great to drop in my tumbler. I just use one cube and I’m good to go for the entire day. It took me awhile to get use to the sphere tray though because you have to close it just right or it doesn’t form correctly. It’s also a bit frustrating to fill with the tiny funnel but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall great product.
Mary –
These ice cube trays worked fine but left a strong silicone taste in all drinks. Completely unusable since ice is supposed to enhance the flavor of a drink. Bummer.
Saras –
Comes with a little funnel to fill the ice tray through a little hole in the top of the closed ice cube tray. Easy to use. Smaller than a normal size ice cube tray so fit easily in freezer. Lasts longer in drink.
Jolyn Filter –
Both cube and ball trays are easy to use/clean. Definitely a different way to serve drinks to your guest! The ice balls come with instructions and a little funnel which made for an even easier filling, overall pretty happy with these “cool” ice trays!
Mark –
I really don’t understand why people are complaining about this product, when I first received that I washed it very thoroughly with hot water which you should be doing anyways. Second I made round ice cubes and square ice cubes without any problems. I’m not sure if people don’t understand that silicone is soft so it’s going to be a very soft item. But apparently they haven’t used plastic ones that break when they’re cold when you go to take ice cubes out. I love it I’m actually going to get an additional set so I can have more ice cubes
Brittany Parker –
Love these for my water bottle. If you don’t enjoy crushed ice these are amazing. They are pretty large but they add a fun twist.
I get that typically you would use them for your alcoholic drinks- but they are just as useful for every day drinks.
dPenny –
Not two sets, but one. and you cannot return or exchange because the quality seller does not let you. One set is really not worth $11. As far as functionality, it could use a better funnel. There are MUCH better products out there.
Joseph C –
Awesome product and very happy with it. With the cubes, just leave the tray out for a bit and then squeeze from the bottom. The covers gets pushed out easily. Don’t over fill either of the molds. Since ice expands, it will spill when it’s forming. So slightly underfill it with water. The sphere mold works great too. The funnel comes in handy if you are filling from a container.
Pro tip: want clear ice cubes or spheres? Use filtered and boiled water. Pour the boiling water into the molds and put it in the freezer. It will freeze faster and clearer.
Flower maker –
The square tray is great, just as advertised. The round tray requires you fill 80%, not so easy. The only place you can judge what is going in is the hole it goes into. Hard to tell. I have ended up with a flat end of the sphere. I have not been able to keep the top and bottom totally secure so there is a “seam” between the two halves. The pliability of the silicone makes it easy to take out.
Karina Garcia –
OK so these suckers are not really that easy to remove but they are soooo convenient. We went on a camping trip and instead of getting a bag of ice for our small cooler, we used these huge ice cubes figuring they would melt less quickly and it worked! After 36 hours or so, there was still a bit of ice and the food was still super cold.
ALSO they are GREAT for iced coffee for the same reason.
Love these, 5 stars!
The McPhatters –
Ice tray arrived on time well packaged and in excellent condition.
Sits flatly in my freezer without spilling slushy water out, doesn’t leak and holds to the mold it is supposed to create.
As for the circle ice tray I did have to do it twice because I didn’t quite know how to do it, for me it worked best to feel it up put it in the freezer then get a little glass of water and fill it up some more because otherwise it doesn’t make a complete circle. The square one works excellent, I did have a hard time getting the ice out until I realized I should have filled it up all the way (I put half water in the tray because I thought it would pop out easy but instead I couldn’t reach it/ good thing is the ice tray is flexible so I just pushed the bottom in and the ice came right out, and it was kinda fun too.
Itachi 🐉 –
These are great for whiskey or any spirits that require ice. Popping ice is easy, you can bang the tray and the tray will stay ok. These trays were a little bit pricey, and so I’m hoping to use these throughout college regularly. Going further, If it lasts long without issues, this product is great.
Fachon –
I got this for my sister for her bar. I used it first just to make sure it was worth it. The 1st batch was not good but the second was perfect. I love the ice cubes and spheres. I’m ordering a set for myself. I like the cube best, it is bigger. Used in my ice tea because I don’t do alcohol.
For the sphere ice make sure to press the tray together really good. I filled to top end soaked up excess water with paper towels. I made several batches.
R. Woodford –
These are not that easy to use. It is very difficult to make an actual sphere. You have to fill up the mold with the little funnel which is nice, but it leaks out the sides like crazy. Not a great design. I use it but it gets water all over the place, even if you don’t fill it up all the way.
C. Messick –
I drink a lot of iced tea and iced coffee, especially this time of the year when the weather is so hot, and although my freezer makes ice, all that seems to do is water down my beverages. But with these silicone sphere and large square ice trays, my beverages stay cold longer. Traditional ice cubes melt so quickly but not these. The square tray makes about 2 inch cubes and I love them. The cubes are perfect for any iced drink and the spheres are a great conversation piece. They are also great for making your own popsicles, simply pour your favorite juice and freeze. Since they are food grade safe you can also make jello jigglers with them. I love the size of these trays. My freezer isn’t that big and these don’t take up much room.
B Mani –
I really liked this ice ball and ice cube kit. Its simple and easy to use. Once the water turns to ice, removal from the tray is super easy, because of the silicon material. None of that hard plastic of old ice trays of the olden days! The silicon material makes removal of the ice easy.
I mainly bought this because I liked the size of ice. Its huge! Which means it doesn’t melt as fast. Also the ice cube and ice balls look pretty cool.
I remember seeing an ice ball at a whiskey tasting event. And the ice ball maker that was presented would’ve cost about $1500.00+. Which I was not about to spend that kind of money on…. also, I would have to make a huge ice cube to melt into a ball. So this was the perfect solution.
Jennifer –
I had to try to break the ice apart and filling the ice tray with the little holes on top and teeny funnel they included did bot help. Water got on the top and froze in one giant block of ice and when I finally got that off the ice cubes inside were also one solid giant block of ice. I’m so disappointed.
She who buys everything online –
For an ice cube tray it’s surprisingly fussy – you have to squeeze one part of the tray together then the other end loosens and you have to go pinch the part that just loosened. If you don’t get it all pinched in tight, the water all flows to the center and your ice balls become this weird sculpture of 6 ice lumps connected by a solid flat ice connector. That isn’t such a big deal except when you break out the lumps to get the spheres, the spheres break in half. Oh well…
The square ones are not fussy. Fill and freeze no fuss. Unless you want to take them out…Then you might want to call for some muscle… Those cubes fight to stay in the tray. Again, oh well
I wouldn’t purchase again, and cant’ really recommend. If my hubby wants more of these, I’ll look at the individual cube makers rather than the tray style.
ada –
We were sad to find out the square ones are just barely too big to fit in our wide mouth waterbottles, although the 12 year old was loving wacking them with a hammer to break them so they would fit. If you only fill them up half way they are actually perfect and will fit without the hammer.
Also for those that might be like us and wanting a better way to fill the circle ones. We’ve discovered they each hold about 50ml of water. We use a clean medical syringe to fill them now without having to mess with the little funnel. (see attached pic)
Once we figured out the little tips to make them work for us we are quite happy with these and are glad we got two sets.
deutschzilla –
Ok, I love the silicone square cube tray. it makes a fantastic square cube which I now can’t live without. Perfect whiskey cube. The sphere’s not so much, due to the way it’s constructed, I haven’t been successful making full spheres and have thus abandoned sphere production. I bought separate little sphere molds which are awesome. For the record, the reason why this sphere tray is bad is because it’s impossible to fill the spheres with water (even using the little funnel that will immediately get lost) because water gets everywhere and now you have a giant ice shelf on top of your ice tray. Maybe I’m not meant to have sphere shaped cubes. But I love the square cubes so much it made up for the spheres.
Bella Chow –
I had purchased some similar ice cube maker (round) and loved how the ice came out I wanted more, my only complaint with my other ones is that it was sometimes a pain to fill them up. So when I bought this I was expecting the same hassle but boy was I wrong! This is so much better to fill up and easy! I would of bought this set instead of my other one… I literally couldn’t believe how easy it was to fill up the circle ice rack and even easier the square one. Now I can be fancy and make my cocktail drinks all the time with fancy ice 🧊. Will be buying more for unlimited supply of beautiful ice! lol
Robert –
The best of both worlds. This silicone mold set has very large cubes and average sized spheres.
If you don’t know, dense ice cubes are better for cocktails and liquor like whiskey/whisky. They stay colder longer reducing melt which causes watered down drinks.
My pictures show the nice solid cubes. The spheres are not as perfect. I do not know how someone could make a better ball mold since their has to be two parts. I am only aware of the ones by tivolo taking a different approach.
Be careful to squeeze them together tightly. Overfilling will cause the two parts to separate. I used a condiment style squirt bottle to regulate and aim my water.
The silicone is thick. I don’t foresee any deformation issues with the dishwasher.
JAS –
So, during the summer heat I tend to make my coffee on the colder side. But got tired of the ice watering down my drink. I sip mostly, or I like to enjoy my drink most the time.
Decided to freeze some coffee and add them to my cold drinks. Instead when it melts it’s not watering down my coffee but making it a tad stronger (maybe).
No matter what your purpose with these are, it’s simple to use and they get the job done.
Cubes or in a frozen ice ball form. These worked nicely for me and I’ll gladly buy another set if the need arises.
Key –
I really like them! I had some difficulties filling the spheres. Every time I tried to fill them, the water would seep out between the bottom and top half of the molds. Therefore you have to ensure your molds are tightly together before pouring water into the hole at the top of each ice sphere mold. The square molds were like normal ice cube trays except the cubes are bigger. I like to use the cubes for whisky when I have people over who prefer a cube. Overall, a good buy and would recommend you purchase them if you are looking for fun ice for drinks at parties.
Naomi Lopez –
I have recently been introduced to silicone ice trays and I love them. When I saw this, I knew I had to have it because the cubes are big and would stay solid longer than little ice cubes. I have to say, that I really do love how big the ice cubes are and still small enough to fit perfectly in any cup. I seriously need to buy a couple more, so we have more ice on hand.
Ayah –
It actually took me a minute to figure out how to use it. My first batch turned out horribly. I couldn’t figure out how not to get water to spill from the sides and how to get perfect spheres. It was only during my second batch that I realized you have to make sure the top and bottom molds are both secure without letting any air through. Before filling it with water, push the two molds together as tightly as you can and then start filling. That will ensure that water doesn’t spill or surround your spheres. Also make sure not to overfill. Once you get the hang of it it’s super easy to use and the spheres come out nicely!
Dolemite –
I hate I’m just now finding these ice trays because they are great. They’re really big & freeze solid. The square ice tray can make 6 large ice squares, but I wish it could make at least 8 squares. I drink a lot of water so these ice cubes/squares are great for me & they last all day & melts slow …. meaning they last for a good while.
So far these are the best ice trays I’ve ever had & they are made of silicone type material so they won’t break when u try to twist & turn them to get the ice out. For the round ice cubes, the tray comes with a top & a bottom peice. Place them together & fill the trays with a hole on the top of every cube/circle on the tray. They give u a miniature funnel to fill the tray with water which makes it a little easier. From the material they’re made of, seems like they will last but I’ll keep u posted. I’ve only had them for 2 weeks.
Lorri –
I love these. I wanted the bigger ice cubes, so it is a slower melt. They are perfect for this. The square ones are my favorite, very large, only needed to use one cube. The entire tray is flexible, easy to remove the ice cubes and also easy to clean. I have a bunch of ideas for holiday entertaining that I want to use these for, so I have plenty of time to practice. On a side note, my cat is an ice cube junkie, so I specifically got the round ones for him, he loves them also.
Dara Lynn –
This is the second set of these I’ve bought. They are great when you don’t want your drink to get watered down and they’re fun!! I give one to my dog on a hot day. It doesn’t melt right away like a normal ice cube would. Super easy to fill and they don’t take up much room in the freezer.
Spencer Wooten –
Once the water freezes, you have to allow it to thaw a little or run under water to remove the top half. If you try to force it, you’ll probably tear the top half because it’s made out of rubber. Once you remove it, you’ll see that the water didn’t just stay in the intended area as you can see in the photo. Makes somewhat of a sphere but more like Saturn with rings around it. I would’ve given it 2 star but I’m not certain if I used too much water. I don’t think that I did considering the fill hole is at the top.
Cheyenne J –
I love these ice trays although it took me a bit to get it right. I wouldn’t recommend using them while both parts are together because the cubes will have an indent from the sphere mold. Once I used it separately it worked great. Also the little funnel it comes with to fill the spheres didn’t really help. Make sure the mold for the spheres is snapped in first before filling. I usually just fill them up individually and then pour any excess water out while holding my hand over the holes in the top of the spheres because it’s way too tedious to try to not get any water in the top.
Tammy Henner –
Very aesthetically pleasing to look at. Perfect for any drink and adds a touch of something special. The silicone molds work wonderfully and are even easier to remove if you run hot water over them quickly. I plan on using these this summer for fruit infused iced cubes. Would definitely recommend these if you’re looking for something unique!
JJ –
I love the idea, but they are a little bit hard to use. If you are like me and have a ton of stuff in your freezer it’s difficult to set these in there to freeze. You have to find a flat surface and he can’t put anything on top of them. Filling them is a pain in the neck. Especially the round ones. For six ice cubes it’s for special occasions only. If you’re hosting a few people, after six drinks you’re done. It is also quite difficult to get the cubes out. You have to touch them and I don’t mean just a little bit. You really have to grab ahold of them to pop them out while pushing them out from under the tray.
kbwils –
Really great quality for the price. These are very thick and well made. They also fit together for storage.
I use the square mold to make big treat cubes for my dogs with plain Greek yogurt, coconut oil, strawberries, and sweet potatoes. They release very well! Sometimes it’s hard to get yogurt out of cube molds and I don’t have that problem with these molds.
They also don’t hold smells. Sometimes I fill these with sardines or tuna juice for the dogs and the silicone comes completely clean afterwards, nor residual fish smells.
Nikesh –
Good quality ice cube maker! Easy to use and very easy to remove the ice cubes from the trays! The ice balls are very catchy and best suited for cocktails or your daily fruit juices! Please make sure to wash the trays properly before use to get rid of the silicone smell! Also make sure that you don’t use the first set of the cubes as they catch the smell of the trays! From the second use the ice cubes are good to use!
Joschoff11 –
I’ve been using my Adoric Ice Cube Trays for a week or two now. I got them right in time for the holidays which turned out to be perfect! The trays I received are the exact trays shown. I’ve seen these kind of ice cubes in the past and always thought they were so cool looking!! The actual trays themselves are silicone and super durable. I know I always end up cracking or breaking other trays in the past but that wont be a problem with these. You would really need to put some muscle in it to somehow tear or damage these one.
I’ve been using the square ones more then the round ones personally. They are great for a glass of whiskey or vodka on the rocks but can be used for absolutly anything and let me tell you, the size of these cubes are about double the size as regular ones which means they last much longer. These cubes are a pretty nifty item to have if you want to impress your guest’s or friends. You cant help but to notice them and ask about them. I really cant think of anything negative to say about these trays. They were a hit and I’ll continue to use them.
Click Mann –
Ok so I am a stickler but for years I have been SMH at how the ice from the ice-maker is curved perfect to fit whatever glass I am drinking from and block the flow of the drink itself. These Square cubes do the trick and do not change the taste of the drink. The regular ice form the freezer dilutes the liquid and especially for those that like Manhattans these are a must.
Craig Burkett –
These ice trays are very cool. Love the size of them, they keep your drink nice and cold. I agree with some of the other reviews, it may seem silly but really could’ve used directions for the round cubes.
Becca –
It been great being able to make large cubes without cutting bigger blocks of ice. The sphere molds were a bonus for me.
Everyone who comes over for drinks loves the ice and it certainly lasts much longer than traditional ice cubes.
The molds have held up a year strong and the sphere mold still seals tight every time.
If you love your in home bar, these are a great addition.
Andrew –
Maybe this is used error on my part, but I cannot get the spheres to work correctly. Water leaks everywhere out the sides prior to it being full.
The cubes are great and totally worth the overall price though.
AmandaandJustin –
These ice trays are the best. They are durable and easy to use. I will be purchasing more. Thank you Adoric for this quality product.
Journey O –
I really enjoy this product! It was really easy to use and super easy to get the ice out of both trays (which can be a turn off in some silicone trays I have used in the past). I also really loved that the round tray acted as a lid for the square one, making storage in and out of my freezer easier. The ice in both trays are perfect for cocktails (or regular drinks).
Melodi Pate –
These ice trays are my third attempt at buying my mom a gift that would meet with her approval. She would be happy with a fancy candle, but I am determined to be a little more creative with it, haha. And I am happy to say that she likes the little things :). It takes about 30-40 minutes for ice cubes to form, based on the mood of our freezer, and it is relatively easy to get the ice cubes out. I, also, bought an ice cube bin that someone else in the reviews recommended, so my mom can accumulate ice now, as well. Her only complaint (because she can’t help herself) is that the cube holes are a bit deep. My response to that was to not fill the holes all the way up. All in all, I am satisfied with my purchase.
tom –
Our icemaker quit working and while it is still under warranty we are waiting for it’s replacement. Buying bags of ice works, but having your own trays beats the alternatives. My husband and I just love these cubes. They are the perfect size and dense enough to last for hours in a glass of Ice Tea. Although we can choose the automatic ice dispenser, we will most certainly use the OMorc Ice Cubes.
Laura Carson –
I’ve tested out several trays for making round cubes. This one is by far the best. Bonus that it comes with the mini funnel also. Other trays separate in the middle, allowing water to make a terrible seam in the middle of the cube. These seal tight so that’s not an issue. The funnel allows for easy filling.
Ianl –
These are the best ice cube trays that I have ever purchased, we are mad about ice in our family and they are not boring bits of ice, they are definately more of a talking piece, the small round are perfect for my whiskey or bourbon crystal glasses. If ice cube can be cute, then try this product with the cuteness challange lol….I know they are more than some on amazon but are so worth it, the silicone can be pulled of the ice without worrying about damaging them as they are not brittle and dont break as I did with my last one. They make me wanna go and keep making ice….thanks for a great product.
Dornoch –
These work exceptionally well. Exactly what I was looking for – large round & square ice cubes with a longer melt to enjoy quality bourbon. Great price and I like the material. Kind of rubbery which make it easy to remove the ice & easy as well to clean.
Rosalinda Moreno –
Thought it was a little pricey, but well worth it for both trays. I feel like this summer is killing me but the ice balls/cubes are really good to cool down. Easy to use, make sure you tighten the sphere tray before pouring so the water doesn’t flow around. And they are easily removable. no need to pry them apart and rip them. So far only been a couple days, ill see how long they last
Matt B –
I like that these trays make cubes big enough to last more than a few minutes in your drink. A couple of things I learned making my first few batches of cubes: You’re going to want a tray underneath them. The good thing about silicone ice cube trays is that they release the ice cubes nice and easy, but that same flexibility is a disadvantage [for me anyway] to hold them flat while you’re moving from the counter to the freezer. I just used a small baking pan that happened to be the right size to hold them, you can use anything that works well for you. I used filtered water to make the cubes, but they still came out a little cloudy. I read online if you want clear cubes, you need to boil the water and let it cool before you use it to make the cubes. sounds a little odd, but I’ll give that a try next time. All in all, I like these ice cube molds, they work well, release easy, and are a pretty good price. I’d buy them again if I need more.

Love. Love them. They are beautiful in any glass, of any thing. I even use them for pitchers of Iced Tea; the visual is amazing! You can even cut up pieces of lemon, put them in the pitcher, and let it melt, whilst you drink. Amazing.

Overall, this product does what it describes, makes ice. Sadly, the ice balls were smaller than expected, but the cubes were spot-on. They both take a bit of work to get out of the silicon molds, but are great at icing drinks. I was hoping the cube tray had a lid, but it arrived with none. Not a deal breaker and am still satisfied with the purchase.

Line the outside of a deep plastic container with 2 layers of bubble wrap then cover in duct tape, use two strips of tape to suspend the mould so that only half will be submerged when the container is filled to the top. Fill a washing up bowl with water then submerge both the mould and the container, squeeze the mould to remove any trapped air, place the filled mould into the container while still underwater with the fill holes facing down, then place in the freezer for 24 hours. The insulated box will prevent the water from freezing from the bottom, as the water freezes from the top, all the impurities (which cause cloudiness) will be pushed out through the fill holes as it freezes. Do not leave in the freezer so long that all the water freezes, this will make the ice cloudy.

This product is quality made. It’s was easy to use and clean. I used this for a party that I recently had and it performed great. A lot of my guests were drinking their adult beverages on the rocks, and this kept me from having to spend money on bags of ice. It was a hot day and both the cube and sphere kept the drinks cold for a couple hours without watering down the drink.

I have to tip my silicone coffee mug to such a great article!
