The best part about this product for us was how easy the setup was. I bought this and shipped this to my grandmother, who was not feeling well, and I was worrying she would have difficulty setting it up. Nope, it was very easy and self explanatory, it was functioning and she could even easily use it (how she learned to tell temperatures). All in all she was very pleased and it helped her know her temperature and not stress about how sick she was. She got better and is very glad she has this thermometer and we hope the batteries last a while so she can use it if she ever needs it again.
