    You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND for any reason. If the reason for return isn't quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs.


    At least 12-month warranty

    Your new product is covered by our at least a 12-month full warranty from the date of its original purchase. The Warranty starts counting on the date you purchased the product. The purchase date will be printed on the receipt you received with the product.

    Adoric warrants you, the purchasers of these products, that the product shall be free of defects from the original manufacturer of the material and workmanship.

    Adoric products must be brand-new for every purchase from an authorized dealer of Adoric, and the warranty to be considered valid.  This warranty excludes refurbished products or second-hand products.

    If you notice Adoric during the warranty period about a defect covered by the terms and conditions of this warranty, we will provide a service or replacement of the product.

    How to make a return/exchange request

    If your think the product is defective, you can contact us to launch your return request. (Within our warranty period).
    Please return all accessories, manuals, and original undamaged packaging when returns your purchase back to us. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange request.
