First, use a pair of sharp kitchen scissors to cut the roots of each coriander to no more than 2.5 cm in length. After cutting off the roots, the exposed parts are fresh and vigorous, and can still absorb moisture.
Do not rinse with water, as this will wet the leaves. Fill a clean glass bottle with one-quarter to half of the water. The height of the water level only needs to cover the roots and stems. Don’t let the leaves soak in the water. Then put the glass bottle in the refrigerator. As long as the coriander leaves are fresh and not discolored, they are edible. Adding a bag can limit the contact of coriander with the outside air.

First, wash the coriander and dry it and trim the leaves if necessary. Then spread the coriander in a layer on the baking sheet, making sure that there is no overlap or contact between the leaves. Freeze for 30 minutes. Next put the baking tray into the freezer and know that the stems and leaves of coriander are frozen into hard pieces. When it’s ready, put about 60 ml of coriander in each bag. Don’t forget to mark the name, freezing time, and quantity of the food on the bag. This storage method can keep the coriander for several months.

Option3-Store fresh coriander in the ice cube.

Wash the coriander and dry it. Then cut the coriander into small pieces and it’s suitable for the size required for cooking. Then put a known amount of coriander in the ice tray in advance so that you can accurately take out the amount you need when using it. Soak the coriander in the water and use a spoon to add cold water to each ice tray until all the leaves are completely covered with water. Finally, put the coriander and water into the freezer and freeze them into ice. It takes several hours. Option4-Air dry and store coriander at room temperature.

Cut off the coriander root and dried leaves. This step is not necessary during the drying process. Since the coriander is completely air-dried in the end, there is no need to cut out the fresh roots. But doing so can preserve the flavor of coriander as much as possible. Bundle the roots of the coriander. Bundle several coriander into a bundle, and fix it with a string in a suitable place. Hang the coriander bunch and place the coriander in a warm and ventilated place to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight during the drying process. Sunlight will cause the leaves to change color. If necessary, you can put a paper bag on the outside of the coriander to prevent it from being exposed to the sun. Poke a few holes in the paper bag to ensure air circulation and prevent mildew.
